As QRPMS we take the safety of your personal and medical information seriously. That is why we prioritise protecting your privacy and this policy explains what we collect and why. Also, how we will process your data.

The website is operated by QR Private Medical Services Ltd trading as QRPMS.

We are registered in England and Wales under company number 14900485 and our head office and trading address is B3 Kingfisher House, Kingsway, Team Valley, Gateshead, Tyne & Wear, NE11 0JQ.

We are registered with ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) under number ZB645387.

Your Rights

You have the right to ask for copies of your personal information.

You have the right to ask us to rectify information you consider inaccurate or complete information you think is incomplete.

You have the right to ask us to delete your personal information in certain circumstances unless it is a legal requirement, or we have a valid business reason not to delete it.

We will keep information as per GMC (General Medical Council) guidance for 10 years after the patient's death.

Security

We promise to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, changes, disclosure, or destruction.

We undertake to regularly review security measures including protection and storage of data.

Your payment transaction and personal data will be encrypted.

Every member of the team signs a confidentiality agreement and are trained in data protection regulations.

Access to records will be on a need-to-know basis.

How we process your data

When you contact us, we send you an encrypted email that is assessed by our pharmacist who has sole access to your information. If on assessment, we agree you are suitable to be assessed for treatment one of the team will contact you by your preferred method to arrange.

We require and use your address to generate a prescription, deliver treatment and for billing purposes.

We do not pass on your information to third parties or use your details for marketing purposes. If this policy changes, we will contact you and ask for your consent.

Medical Information

We hold the information given from the initial screening documentation regarding your health and medical history. This may include:

  • Photos
  • Information provided to members of our team.
  • Treatments provided by us.
  • Any relevant test results.

This will allow us to provide the correct advice and treatment. We may also obtain information from your GP when we inform them of the treatment we have provided.

Financial Information

We will contact you with payment details at the point we have agreed to provide the medication or service. Once payment has cleared we will then arrange provision of said item.

Lawful basis for processing

We use the information provided to provide the medical service requested by you. To perform diagnosis, issue a prescription where appropriate, and for delivery of treatment or goods.

Your medical information is shared amongst our team of clinicians to provide quality and continuity of care. Our customer support team may also access this information to confirm your identity and verify your information.
